Traditional Thai Massage

Thai massage is typically a combination of applying pressure to specific points on the body and yoga-like stretching. Practitioners believe this type of massage restores balance to energy points in the body, and loosens blocks that cause illness and discomfort.

Swedish Oil Massage

The most common type of massage therapy, and what many people are thinking about when they hear the word "massage" or try to give someone else or themselves a good massage. Swedish massage uses a combination of basic movements.

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep tissue massage is more therapeutic in nature; while your average Swedish massage manipulates the skin and underlying soft tissue, this form goes deep into the muscles and also the fascia-- the connective tissue that runs through the body.

In ancient Thai medical theory, the body's vital life energy flows along channels called Sen. This energy empowers all the physical, mental and emotional processes throughout our entire body. Thai massage focuses on the main Sen channels.

The deep and gentle application of pressure along these channels helps to release energy blockages and stagnation. Pressing and stretching muscles makes them more receptive to the flow. By receiving Thai massage regularly, the body system will be working well and energy distribution will be balanced. Thus you will feel relaxed, happy, rejuvenated, energetic and free from stiffness and pain.
